A UK based property management business who manage over £12billion of commercial property up and down the country. The firm provides its services to over 5,000 occupiers on behalf of their clients which include Funds, REITS, Trusts and Investment Managers backed by Private Equity and operating across the UK.

Case Study

The client initially contacted Debt Squared Group (DSG) to assist in the removal of squatters from the Grade II listed building and a substantial re-securing of the premises to prevent further incidents of this nature.

Outcome

DSG along with appointed solicitors were able to obtain the Writ of Possession and successfully complete the eviction action.

Following the removal of the squatters, the property was re-secured using a substantial amount of steel sheeting, internal alarm systems, including 24/7 CCTV monitoring, a CCTV tower, and keyless doors to the property.
