As a landlord of commercial property, you may take back possession of your property should your tenant fall short of the ‘forfeiture of lease’ clause in their tenancy agreement.

Long term non-payment of rent, service charge, insurance or certain other maintenance charges may lead to the landlord being in a position to forfeit the lease.

Please Note:
